Who we are

Gérard Sinnes - Founder/CEO

Gérard holds a Master degree in HR and has worked since 1996 in various HR management and director level roles in Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany.

In 2009 he set himself up as independent HR consultant. Since then, he delivered conceptual and strategic HR projects and held senior management roles at interim for customers including Hypo Real Estate (Munich), JC Flowers’ owned NPG Wealth Management, HSBC Luxembourg, Lombard International Assurance S.A. and ArcelorMittal.

In 2015 he has founded VISTIM S.A. with a pioneer service proposition of HR operations covering the entire employment life cycle.

Our team is composed of individuals with several years’ experience across various industries. Our people’s combined expertise cover HR Administration, Process optimisation, Reward, Talent and Performance Management, Recruitment and Learning and Development.

Virginie Boyard - Executive Director

Virginie Boyard has been holding international senior HR management roles for some of the most prestigious players in the financial industry, including Lloyds Banking Group and Brown Brothers Harriman, gaining extensive experience in HR operations, HR IS, employee relations, leadership and change management.

In her nearly 20 years’ experience she has had the opportunity to cover all aspects of Human Resources services, including recruitment, learning and development, up to the support of major business transformations.

Virginie holds a master degree in Human Resources. In 2015, Virginie joined VISTIM S.A. as Partner and Executive Director, determined to impact the Luxembourg HR market with its unique service proposition.
