We are hiring an HR Generalist

About the job

As an HR Generalist your role is to support our customers on operational and administrative HR activities covering the whole employment life-cycle.

Working closely with a team of experts on various missions, your job is to ensure that client’s operational processes are efficient and compliant with local regulations and that VISTIM delivers constant high quality services to our customers.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in diverse HR activities from payroll and benefits to recruitment and development.

 

Your talents:
  • You have at least 5 years of professional work experience as an HR Generalist in Luxembourg with exposure to payroll and benefits activities.
  • You have a good knowledge of Labour Law and Social Security in Luxembourg and you master HR operational processes with a specific focus on payroll.
  • You speak fluently English and have a good knowledge of at least one additional language being French, German or Luxembourgish.
  • You are an active listener, able to understand the clients’ needs and suggest the best solutions to their challenges.
  • Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships externally and internally.
